In the civil and commercial field, Lawyer has accumulated substantial practical experience in commercial contract disputes, corporate equity disputes, marriage and family disputes, and comprehensive corporate legal services.
In the area of legal advisory services, Lawyer has successively provided legal services, including compliance review and risk prevention and control, to multiple state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and private companies in both Beijing and Pingxiang.
